Ascent Therapeutics is pioneering a new class of Drugs called PepducinsTM. Pepducins are a BreakThrough approach to targeting G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) on the inside surface of the cell membrane, dramatically expanding the GPCR frontier. GPCRs are critically involved in a wide variety of serious illnesses, including inflammation, cancer, CNS disorders and cardiovascular disease.
