The company began operations in 1996 with the initial aim of supplying business intelligence products and services to the life sciences industry. Since then, we developed a novel, unique and state-of-the art technology that has allowed us to offer distinct value in basic research, clinical development and consumer health, in addition to supporting our own internal efforts in finding new uses for existing Drugs.
Our customer base includes pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, academic institutions, and research and government organizations in the US, EU and Asia.
Historical Perspective
* 1996 – Production of first reports, prepared in response to individual client requests.
* 1997 – IRCDTM series introduced. Supply of articles, analyses and other research reports to third party publishers.
* 1998 – Introduction of Datasheet Series to accompany IRCD Reports. Custom reports.
* 2001 – Development of Discovery Algorithmics platform
* 2003 – Introduction of Biovista ProspectorTM
* 2004 – Introduction of BioLab Experiment AssistantTM
* 2006 – Introduction of Biovista NutritionTM
* 2007 – Drug Repositioning and Adverse Events Analysis services introduced
* 2008 – CNS and Macular Degeneration repositioning programs initiated
