Relay Technology Management is a patent commodity brokerage firm that brings together patents of value, researchers of interest, and drug development firms open to opportunity.  Specifically, Relay identifies valuable IP arising from biomedical research institutions and facilitates its licensure to drug development firms.

Our team of Ph.D.’s, MD’s, and MD/MBAs, use scientific expertise to evaluate opportunities and specialize in technology transfer, intellectual property management, business strategy and development. This uniquely positions Relay to identify potential drug development candidates and facilitate sale/licensure agreements between academia and industry.

Relay simultaneously cultivates relationships with IP holders (researchers and institutions) and drug development firms in pursuit of acquisitions. Our expanding network of IP holders, drug development firms, biotech companies, academic institutions and tech transfer offices equips us to match promising technologies with appropriate firms and facilitate licensure agreements.

By maximizing efficacy of the drug development process Relay generates licensing revenue for research institutions and value for licensors.
