CHI is excited to bring back the X-Gen Congress and Expo, which will take place March 14 – 18, 2011. Last year’s event was a success in all areas with over 600 participants representing over 20 countries, a sold out exhibit hall, 40+ research posters on display and over 150 scientific presentations. If you are interested in presenting in 2011, please submit a speaking proposal for review.
To continue last year’s success, the 2011 programming has been expanded to address the technological advances enabling faster and cheaper DNA/RNA mapping, creating genomic comparisons and accelerating genomic discoveries. It will also showcase next-generation sequencing platforms creating sequence reads of DNA fragments for genome variation studies, RNA for transcriptome studies, DNA-protein interactions for epigenetic studies, and chromosomal DNA of large genome nucleotide variations for copy number studies.
X-Gen Congress and Expo promotes the cross fertilization of established and emerging genomic technologies, along with exciting applications, and conveys why data is the driving force that enables genomic discoveries.
