Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 6th annual Drug Discovery Chemistry is by now a well established and recognized event, focusing on novel small molecules as therapeutic targets with a strong emphasis on the chemistry based approach. This unique event brings together executive and coporate management as well as top leaders from research and science in academia with diverse chemical, biochemical and life science backgrounds to discuss and brainstorm on cutting edge research, discovery and successes in hot and up and coming areas such as Fragment-based Drug Discovery, Kinase Inhibitor Chemistry, HCV, Antibacterial Drug Development, Protein-Protein Interaction and Anti-Inflammatories.
These individual conferences are designed to tie into each other (e.g. Fragment-based and Protein-Protein interaction or antibacterial drug development and HCV) to further a lively exchange of ideas, technologies, platforms, suggestions, collaborations and problem solving. While all are part of the big drug discovery picture, each conference in itself is very focused on specific hot topic areas, case studies, strategies to address current bottlenecks and emerging novel approaches. All speakers are very knowledgeable and experts in their field and are carefully selected from pharmaceutical, biotech, academic and government institutions.
