Section 1: Welcome to Watchlists
You've spent the time to research the Ecosystem - create a Watchlist to save your work!
Similar to popular Wishlist systems, Watchlists allow you to track interesting and relevant info on any item in the Ecosystem or blog. Look for any combination of companies, people, events, funding and blog posts.
After creating your Watchlists, careinnovators will track and continuously aggregate various news sources on your items.
Best of all Watchlists are free to use!
Section 2: How to Create Watchlists
If you haven't created a Watchlist yet, it's simple:
- Find any Ecosystem or blog item that you want to watch
- Select “create new” from the Add to Watchlist drop down menu
- Name the Watchlist
- Choose your privacy settings
- Save and done!
Want to add to an existing Watchlist?
- Find another Ecosystem or blog item that you want to track
- Select the specific Watchlist you'd like to add it to from the Add to Watchlist drop down menu
- Save and done!
You can create one or multiple Watchlists.
Section 3: Check Your Watchlist
Once you've added items to your Watchlist, visit your Dashboard to manage and check for updates on your Watchlist items.
Simply login and click on “My Dashboard” to check out your personalized updates.
Even better, Watchlists are interactive. You can share your Watchlists publicly to all users or privately with specific individuals. And you can subscribe to Public Watchlists that others have created.
Tracking and receiving updates on the items important to you has never been easier!
Watchlist Examples
Create as many Watchlists as you want! Watchlists are made up of any combination of companies, people, events, and funding opportunities that you choose. Here are some ideas:
- Partners
- Clients - current and potential
- Competitors
- Industry leading companies
- Industry leading people
- Events you’re thinking about attending
- Investment prospects
Keep your Watchlists private, share them with specific people, or make them public for others. For example:
- Create a Partners Watchlist and share it only with people in your company
- Create a Competitor Watchlist and keep it private
- Create a Top Ten People in Personalized Medicine and share it publicly
- Subscribe to any Public Watchlist that others want to share, like Companies and People who presented at a Health Care Conference 2009
